These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of goods and services made via our website or directly with Prism Integrated Security Solutions LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By submitting an order, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

2. CONTRACT FORMATION
2.1 Invitation to Treat
All products displayed on our website constitute an invitation to treat and not a binding offer.
2.2 Order Process
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms.
You will receive:
An Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order (this does not constitute acceptance).
A Dispatch Confirmation email confirming goods have been shipped.
A legally binding contract is formed only when we send the Dispatch Confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, including (but not limited to) cases of:
Pricing errors
Stock unavailability
Payment authorisation failure
Suspected fraud
If we cancel your order before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.
3. DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However:
Images are illustrative only.
Minor variations may occur due to manufacturer updates.
Specifications may change without notice where manufacturers alter product design.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
4.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time prior to order acceptance.
If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you and offer:
The option to proceed at the correct price; or
A full refund.
4.2 Payment Methods

Card payments are authorised at the time of order and captured upon dispatch.
We may conduct identity and fraud prevention checks using third-party agencies in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Bank transfer orders must be paid within 30 days or will be automatically cancelled.
5. DELIVERY
5.1 Delivery Area
We deliver within the United Kingdom only.
5.2 Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
Courier services
Weather events
Customs or regulatory delays
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
5.3 Passing of Risk
Risk passes to you when goods are delivered to the address provided.
If you are a consumer, goods remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession (as required by Regulation 43 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
Ownership of goods transfers only once full payment has been received.
6. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (CONSUMERS ONLY)
This section applies only if you are purchasing as a consumer.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
6.1 Cancellation Period
The cancellation period expires 14 days after:
You (or someone you nominate) receive the goods; or
In the case of multiple goods delivered separately, 14 days after receipt of the final item.
6.2 How to Cancel
To cancel, you must clearly inform us by:

You may use a model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.
6.3 Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel:
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
You are responsible for return postage unless goods are faulty.
We will reimburse:
The full cost of the goods; and
Standard delivery charges (if paid).
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods (or proof of return).
We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value resulting from unnecessary handling beyond what is required to inspect the goods.
6.4 Exemptions from Cancellation Rights
The right to cancel does not apply to:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
Sealed software once unsealed
Services fully performed with your prior express consent
Sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if unsealed
7. FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to:
Repair
Replacement
Price reduction
Refund
Within 30 days of delivery, you may reject faulty goods for a full refund.
After 30 days, we may offer repair or replacement before refund, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
We provide a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage
Misuse
Incorrect installation
Normal wear and tear
Unauthorised modifications
Warranty claims must be approved before goods are returned.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Breach of statutory consumer rights
Subject to the above:
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data.
This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
War or terrorism
Government restrictions
Supply chain disruption
Industrial disputes
Telecommunications failure
Where such events occur, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
11. EXPORT CONTROL
Products may be subject to UK export laws. You are responsible for ensuring compliance if exporting goods outside the UK. Required licences must be obtained prior to export.
12. CREDIT REFERENCE CHECKS
We may obtain credit and identity information from Credit Reference Agencies.
This is for:
Fraud prevention
Creditworthiness assessment
Regulatory compliance
Data is processed lawfully and in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
13. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, appropriate safeguards will be implemented, including:

Transfers to countries with adequacy decisions
14. PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA
Failure to provide required personal data may prevent us from:
Processing orders
Entering contracts
Conducting legal compliance checks
Optional marketing data is voluntary and consent may be withdrawn at any time.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
No person other than the contracting parties shall have rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence within the UK.
If you are purchasing in the course of business, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
